0730: 2 Eggs, 2oz Smoked Salmon, Banana, 6oz Coffee w/2oz Almond Milk
1030: 3oz Chicken Breast, 4 Stalks Celery w/AB, 1.5c Strawberries
1300: 3GS Chicken Breast, 1 Avocado, 1 Tomato, 1 Orange
1730: 6oz Salmon, 1.5c Green Beans, 1 Grapefruit
