0630: 1 Banana, Mini Larabar
0900: 3 Slices Bacon, 2oz Smoked Salmon, 3 Celery Stalks w/AB
1200: 3oz Chicken Breast, 1c Strawberries, 4 Carrots
1500: 3oz Chicken Breast, 3/4c Butternut Squash, 1c Kale
1800: 2 Eggs 2oz Turkey Breast, 1 Tomato, 1 Apple
2100: 2oz Dark Chocolate, 8oz Almond Milk, Mini Larabar

OMG today's WOD killed my hands!

EXHAUSTED after that and a 9hr shift at the ER. Ready to pass out on the couch. Either I'm getting a sore throat or my sodium intake was too high today...
