1515: 3oz Chicken Breast w/Mustard, 1 Avocado, 2 Plum Tomatoes
1730: 3 Eggs, 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper, 1c Strawberries
2045: 8oz Almond Milk, 1 Carrot
Today was not a great start. Food wasn't bad, but did not get to work out (dealing with a family crisis). Not sure how this is going to turn out with having to deal with current situations. Will try and make the best of it. All I want is a good stiff drink right now...
