1130: 5oz Tuna, 1 Grapefruit, 1/2 Avocado
1300: 4oz Chicken Breast, Handful Macadamia Nuts, 1 Apple
1730: 5oz Salmon, 1c Green Beans with Almonds, 1 Orange
2000: 8oz Almond Milk, 2oz Dark Chocolate
