0730: 4oz Turkey Burger Patty, 1 Banana, 1 Apple, Handful of mixed Almonds, Walnuts, Hazelnuts, and Pistachios.
1115: Handful of Mixed Nuts (as above), 4oz Turkey Burger Patty
1345: 6oz Pork Chop (fat trimmed), 1 Sweet Potato, 1 Banana
1615: 8oz Almond Milk
1845: Larabar
2030: 7oz Chicken Breast, 2/3 Avocado, 2/3 Large Tomato, Tea

I feel like I have NO energy....hoping this goes away soon :)
