Day 14

0800: Chicken Italian Sausage, Banana, Handful Almonds
1130: Cobb Salad (without cheese) w/Balsamic, Tea
1500: 16oz Beer
1730: 3 Slices Pizza (thin crust w/Tomato, Garlic, Basil, Mozzarella, and Italian Sausage) 3 Glasses Red Wine
1930: 2 Glasses Prosecco, 2 oz Dark Chocolate

Finally decided to have a cheat meal! Figured I deserve it for PR-ing 2 of my lifts today. Deadlift 205, Back Squat 170. Yeah baby!!
