End-testing for Paleo Challenge today:
Weight: 147.8lbs
1RM Deadlift: 205lbs (+30lbs)
MR Push-ups: 15 (+10 reps)
100m Sprint: 19sec (-1 sec)
Definitely able to see the improvements! Weight is down, strength and speed are up! And I feel great on top of all of it. I haven't felt deprived (well, not totally), and I enjoy the foods I am eating. Most importantly, when I do indulge, I do so with foods that I REALLY want, not just for the sake of convenience. With the challenge over, I plan to continue my semi-Paleo way of eating, but I am definitely looking forward to being able to have some crusty bread every once in a while!
