Definitely a struggle while working in the ER. I only get one lunch break, so I need to make sure I have things that are easily eaten quickly. I'm finding that the fruits and meats (for the most part) aren't too difficult, but the veggies seem to be my hardest thing to incorporate. Just gotta try harder!
